It doesn't leave oily feeling after rinsing it off.
It can be used on wet face and hands.
Free of alcohol, fragrance, coloring, and parabens.
 
How to use:
Take an appropriate amount (pump four times) on the palm of your hand, massage your face to get rid of makeup, and then rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water to wash off
If your hands or face are very wet, lightly dry them before using.
